I authorize Yacht Management Professionals, LLC to charge my card. Upon filling out this form and submitting your information, we will automatically bill your account for the amount indicated or bill this account on file for future invoices(including requested provisioning, post charter fuel charges or incidentals.) Your total charges will appear on your statement as Yacht Management Professionals, LLC. Security deposits are charged upon signing and charter
fees are charged 21 days prior to charter date to hold your date and time scheduled. If your charter date is within 21 days both
security deposit and charter fees will be charged upon signing. By signing this form you agree that we may charge any and all
open balances due to this authorized account and no refunds are given other than security deposits. There are no refunds.

Agreement to terms also agrees to a non-refundable cancellation within 72 hours of the booking start date. Any cancellations made between 3-7 days prior to booking start date are entitled to 50% refund of the charter
fee less any incurred expenses. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to the OWNER. Approved cancellations by the Owner, due to weather or extenuating circumstances, within 48 hours before the booking start time will receive a refund or rescheduling of the charter.
