When the oceans are rough we must take the Intracoastal route to save on fuel charges. Taking the Intracoastal route to Haulover Sandbar is a great place to anchor with larger yachts further away from the main sandbar where smaller boats congregate. This sandbar is very popular with local boaters. Because of the location, this route is not suggested for charters under 6 hours.
A charter agreement serves as a crucial contract that outlines the terms and conditions of your Fort Lauderdale yacht charter. This legally binding document ensures that both the charterer and the yacht provider understand their responsibilities, covering key details such as the vessel specifications, rental duration, payment terms, liability coverage, cancellation policies, and operational guidelines. By signing the charter agreement, guests can enjoy peace of mind knowing that their trip is structured, transparent, and in full compliance with maritime regulations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience on the water.
A Captain and Crew Agreement is a formal contract that establishes the relationship between the charterer and the captain and crew for a private yacht charter in Fort Lauderdale. Since all our charters operate as bareboat charters, guests must hire a licensed captain and any additional crew separately. This agreement ensures that the captain and crew are responsible for the safe operation of the vessel while outlining their duties, compensation, and expectations for the duration of the charter. It also clarifies that the charterer, as the temporary vessel owner, has full discretion in selecting their captain and crew while following U.S. Coast Guard regulations.

If you’d like a hassle-free experience, we also offer food and beverage provisioning services, where we can arrange for pickup, delivery, and setup from trusted local vendors. Just let us know 2-3 days in advance, and we’ll ensure everything is stocked and ready for your voyage.
Please note: To maintain the yacht’s pristine condition, we kindly ask that guests avoid red wine or heavily dyed foods that may stain surfaces. Otherwise, sit back, relax, and enjoy your time on the water with your favorite refreshments!
Absolutely! Children are welcome aboard our private yacht charters in Fort Lauderdale, making it the perfect family-friendly adventure. Whether you’re planning a birthday celebration, a family getaway, or just a fun day on the water, kids can enjoy the experience just as much as adults.
For safety reasons, we require that children under 13 wear life jackets while onboard. If you’re bringing infants or toddlers, please let us know in advance so we can ensure that appropriately sized USCG-approved life jackets are available.
While our experienced crew is happy to assist, parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times during the charter. We recommend bringing along their favorite snacks, sunscreen, and entertainment to keep them comfortable and happy throughout the trip.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted on our yacht charters. This policy includes both indoor and outdoor areas of the yacht, such as the deck, cockpit, and swim platform.
Smoking restrictions are in place to protect the yacht from potential fire hazards and to maintain a clean, fresh environment for all guests. If you have any specific concerns or special requests, please reach out to our team before your charter, and we will be happy to discuss available options.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone onboard!
Our boats are large enough for 20+ people; however Coast Guard regulations limit Bareboat Charters to the charterer +12, for a total of 13 people maximum, no matter the size of the vessel. Even if it is a 100’ yacht you can only have 13 passengers. We can book 2 boats to accommodate up to 26 people.
